Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
VOLTRABLE products are warranted for 3 years from the date of the original shipping.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed to have an original defect in material or workmanship, VOLTRABLE will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
3. Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:
3.1 Normal wear and tear of the product's appearance.
3.2 Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, contact with liquids, drops, crushing, power surges, fire, or other external causes.
3.3 Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair, or the use of non-original accessories/consumables.
3.4 Installation, use, or maintenance not in accordance with the environmental, electrical, or operational specifications provided in the product manual or user guide.
3.5 Faults arising from unofficial software/firmware upgrades, downgrades, or improper settings.
3.6 Consumable parts, unless a defect in workmanship occurs within their reasonable lifespan.
3.7 Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes).
3.8 Product serial numbers or warranty stickers that have been tampered with, removed, or made illegible.
3.9 Products purchased second-hand or for which valid original proof of purchase cannot be provided.
4. Consumer Responsibilities and Warranty Service Process
4.1 Before requesting warranty service, please attempt to contact customer support for troubleshooting.
4.2 If the product needs to be shipped for repair, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs and risk of loss when sending the product to the VOLTRABLE-specified service address, typically the local VOLTRABLE distributor's address. For simple accessory replacements, VOLTRABLE will guide the distributor to perform a free replacement; for complex repairs, VOLTRABLE will periodically dispatch engineers to the distributor's warehouse to perform repairs on-site.
4.3 Please include a copy of the proof of purchase and a written description of the fault with the product.
4.4 The VOLTRABLE technical support team will inspect the product to determine if the fault is covered under the warranty.
4.5 If the issue is confirmed to be covered under the warranty, VOLTRABLE will cover the cost of replacement parts, labor, and the shipping cost to return the repaired product to the consumer.
4.6 If the fault is not covered under the warranty, VOLTRABLE will notify the consumer and provide a quote for out-of-warranty repair. The consumer can choose to proceed with the paid repair service or request the product to be returned (covering the associated shipping costs).
5. Out-of-Warranty Repair Service
For products that are out of warranty or fall under the exclusions listed above, VOLTRABLE may offer paid repair services. The process is as follows:
5.1 Contact customer support and submit a repair request, detailing the fault.
5.2 After evaluation, VOLTRABLE will provide a quotation that may include an inspection fee, estimated parts costs, and labor charges.
5.3 After the consumer agrees to the quote and pays the non-refundable inspection fee, the product may be sent to the designated address.
5.4 Upon completion of the product inspection, VOLTRABLE will provide a final quotation. Repair will commence, and the product will be returned, after the consumer pays all remaining costs.
6. Policy Changes and Governing Law
VOLTRABLE reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. The product warranty is governed by the laws of the country/region where the product was purchased.
